Will tickets be available at the gate?
At this time, the event is expected to fully sell out before the event date. No on-site ticket sales are expected.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All ages are welcome throughout the event -- guests with beer or wine tickets or purchases must show valid identification to verify they are 21 years of age or older.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
All tickets include on-site parking the day of. You will not be required to board a shuttle bus, and are welcome to bring your personal vehicle to the venue.
What can I bring in to the event?
No coolers, weapons or pets. Lawn blankets or folding chairs are allowed.
What is the cancellation and/or refund policy?
Refunds are available until 7 days prior to the ticketed event date. Please contact Settlers Creek with the contact information provided on this site and on your ticket confirmation email.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can print and bring your confirmation email to the event or have it available on your phone.

What about my tickets that I purchased for From The Ashes?
If you have previously purchased a ticket for the Friday Light the Fires Dinner or an All In for Ashes VIP weekend package, your ticket will automatically be refunded to the form of payment you provided. If you are currently holding Saturday only tickets, we will keep those in your name unless you reach out to us and let us know differently. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to make alternate arrangements.
